Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all aspects of the Marketing, Production, Construction Services, and Office ensuring efficiency and excellence. Direct franchise operations during large loss
Provide guidance and coaching to a diverse team, fostering their professional growth and development
Develop and implement strategies to optimize operational processes and maximize customer satisfaction
Utilize your expertise in the mitigation industry to make informed decisions and drive business growth
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and achieve organizational goals
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of mitigation processes, equipment, and best practices
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to strategize and make data-driven decisions
Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills
Strong leadership qualities and the ability to motivate and inspire others
Ability to utilize industry specific software and technology tools
Growth Minded and Sales Oriented
Salary: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00/year
